What a day this was! It tried to rain on us but ended up with just a bit of mist. The horses followed us around for pictures and everything came together for the perfect day for these two.

The First Look

When Jordanna told me she was riding her horse over for the first look, I don't think Daryl or I were quite expecting such extravagance! She looked like every princess I could imagine. I'm pretty sure Daryl thought so too!

The Ceremony

Arriving and departing by a horse and carriage just seemed normal at this point. Jordanna loves her horses and they love her back! The ceremony was a shorter one but it did the job and the vows between the two were personal and heartful.

The Venue

Lamb Ranch at The Ponderosa

This place is beautiful! The owners were so kind and helpful, I felt immediately welcome. They let us roam the property for pictures, the ceremony site was gorgeous, and the barn was perfect.

The Flowers

Paula Wesseldyke

Paula is a family friend and she knocked these flowers out of the park. Absolutely STUNNING flowers and all over the place too! Everywhere you looked there were sprigs of babies breath or caspia, eucaliptus, roses, or statice or asters.

The Cake

Zeeland Bakery

A simple yet elegant two tiered cake that was absolutely delicious. Top tier chocolate, bottom vanilla, perfection.

The Animals

The animals definitely played a big part in Jordanna and Daryls day. The Cows greeted us, the pup and the horse were theirs, and the other horses reeeeally wanted to help us too. It was so laid back and relaxed and just such a happy day.

The Fun Stuff

When I met these two it was obvious they were very concerned about the others needs and that continued throughout their wedding day as well. I can tell they are just ready to start their lives together. It shows and it's wonderful!
